Can I book the sauna exclusively for myself?
No. The sauna is open to all hotel guests during opening hours. Exclusive private booking is not available.
When is the sauna open?
In winter, Sunday to Thursday daily from 16:30 to 19:30. In summer on request – the team is happy to advise.
Is the sauna free for all guests?
Yes. Use of the sauna is included in the overnight rate for all hotel guests – at no extra charge and with no advance booking required during regular opening hours.

Is it possible to stay car-free at Pension Appartements Norika?
Our guesthouse is located right in the center of Saalbach, and with the Guest Mobility Ticket, that means: the journey from Salzburg Airport or Zell am See train station to Saalbach — and every further trip during your stay
Is the JOKER CARD included?
Yes, in summer the Saalbach Hinterglemm JOKER CARD is included for your entire stay — giving you free access to mountain lifts, the Käpt'n Hook adventure pool, hiking buses, and much more.
Is there a ski room?
Yes, we offer a heated ski room as well as a ski boot room.
Is there a bike garage?
Yes, we offer a lockable bike garage as well as a bike wash area. For stays longer than 3 days, jersey laundry service is included free of charge.
Is there an electric car charging station?
Yes, there's an EV charging station right in front of our guesthouse.
