Yes. With 140 km of blue runs, funslopes, snow trails and professional ski schools on site, Saalbach is ideal for beginners and families. The Baby Wiese beginner slope is practically on the doorstep of the pension.
What time does breakfast start for early skiers?
The breakfast buffet opens daily at 07:30. That gets you on the piste early to enjoy freshly groomed slopes in the morning.
Is there a sauna after skiing?
Yes. The sauna is available in winter Sunday to Thursday from 4:30 to 7:30 pm – perfect for recovery after a long day on the slopes.

How far is the nearest ski lift from the pension?
The Schattberg X-press is 250 metres away – less than 5 minutes on foot. The Kohlmaisbahn is 450 m and the Bernkogelbahn 500 m away. All lifts are reachable on foot – no shuttle or car needed.
